New client onboarding
Once rates and service levels have been agreed, becoming an Efret client is straightforward by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Complete the customer account application form below and send it to accounts@efret.net.
Step 2: We’ll review your information and confirm that your account is set up within two business days, subject to any queries.
Step 3: An account manager will be assigned as your contact and will provide access to our systems and tracking tools.
Step 4: Freight bookings can commence.

Please note that all services provided by Efret are subject to the 2025 Edition of the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Standard Trading Conditions, which is available here or on request.
Existing clients
A self-service CMR (proof of delivery) portal is under development, but until such time as that is available, please email your CMR request to: accounts@efret.net.
New lanes, RFQs or tenders
